Hello! Thank you for visiting my page! I am licensed Maine Real Estate Associate Broker, and a member of Merrymeeting Board of REALTORS. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Maine in Orono, and am a lifelong Maine resident. I specialize in Residential Real Estate, both primary and secondary residences. I work out of our Brunswick office, and service towns between Wiscasset and Yarmouth. Please read on!

As your representative I will: Give you suggestion to make your house more marketable, to get you the best price in the shortest period of time. Be fair with you in calculating the fair market value of your property, the listing price is ultimately your decision, but I will not inflate my figures to get your listing. There will always be someone from CHR Realty showing your home, no lock boxes! I will keep you informed; you will get feedback from me about the showings. You will know what people like about your home, and what discourages them from purchasing it. I will try all methods of selling! If you are from out of state, I would be happy to be your eyes and ears in Maine. I will update you when new properties that meet your needs hit the market and preview homes for you that you have a special interest in.
I will work with you as a customer, but prefer client relationships, because of the benefits to both of us! As a client I am able to provide you with my advice, judgment, and experience to answer or research your questions. I would be happy to explain to you the differences in relationships.
