Win is a licensed Maine Real Estate Associate Broker and is a member of the Merrymeeting Board Of Realtors. He is a 1960 graduate of Bath's Morse High School and Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Ma. Win had a successful 42 year career in engineering which includes United States as well as foreign patents. He has an excellant working knowledge of homebuilding, renovation, maintenance and repair. He used this knowledge to assist in the design and construction of his present home. Win will use his varied background and attention to detail to assist you with your specific needs.

Win and his wife, Marty, are residents of Woolwich. Win is one of the "Woolwich Reeds" whose heritage is deeply entwined with the area. He followed in the footsteps of his father and grandfather by attending the one room school in Day's Ferry and finishing his education in Bath. His ancestry includes Captain Samuel Reed and the Reverand Josiah Winship from whom his name is derived. Having grown up in and with his love for the area, Win can tell you about the way life has been and the way life is in this part of Maine's mid-coast. He looks forward to guiding you, buyers and sellers alike, on your journey to reach your goals in a manner that is consistent with CHR's "Premier Service" and the Realtor's Code of Ethics.
